The following videoconference meeting room rate includes the use of a PictureTel Series 4500 Concorde System (plus document camera) in our Business Center executive boardroom. Charges are based on 15-minute increments, with a 1-hour minimum (90-minute minimum between 8 pm and 8 am). At least 24-hour advance notice is requested, subject to availability.
